RCID recognises that the maintenance of quality standards in all activities is the key to our success and reputation. We also believe that continual improvement is an essential part of achieving customer satisfaction and we constantly strive to meet the expectations of the industries that we serve. As part of achieving these goals, RCID operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and achieved external certification in 2010 through Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. All employees contribute to the implementation of the quality system and its performance is regularly reviewed to ensure that standards are maintained.
